Just like IQOS ILUMA and IQOS ILUMA Prime, the IQOS ILUMA One Heat Not Burn HNB Device Tobacco Heated System has eliminated the heating blade. The new heating method solves the problem that the heating blade is easily broken or damaged, and there is no residue or maintenance such as cleaning, that’s why it is more convenient to use the heat stick which can be inserted into the holder easily without worrying about breaking the heating blade by mistakes. These bladeless devices offer a cleaner way to heat tobacco from the core, without burning it, to provide a more consistent experience, no tobacco residue, and no need to clean the device.
Similarly, the conventional heat sticks and low-temperature herbal sticks also cannot be used in IQOS ILUMA One Smoke-free System, the innovative heating technology in these devices is the SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM that heats the tobacco from within the new TEREA SMARTCORE STICK. These newly designed sticks are to be used only with IQOS ILUMA One, as well as IQOS ILUMA Prime and IQOS ILUMA Prime, which features an auto-start function that detects when the TEREA stick is inserted and automatically turns on the device.
The difference is that IQOS ILUMA ONE is an all-in-one device, which can be used for 20 heatsticks continuously when fully charged, and the charging time is about 90 minutes.
It has advanced functions that can be enabled or disabled, such as smart gestures (raise/double-tap), automatic start/stop, lighting decoration changes, and alarm functions.
The intelligent induction automatically heats the heat sticks after inserting the TEREA SMARTCORE into the device, meanwhile, you could just press and hold the button to manually heat it like using the previous generations of IQOS devices. If the heat sticks is loose or taken out of the device, the device will automatically stop heating.
Smart gesture double-tap: Tap the device twice during use, and notify the remaining use time through vibration. The number of vibrations is divided into 4 stages, and notifications are made every 25% of use time.
Smart gesture enhancement: If not in use, the indicator light will light up when the holder is tilted, and the remaining available times can be confirmed.
It can be used continuously for 2 times per charge. When 2 sticks are used, 2 lights are on, and 1 light is on when 1 stick is used. The charging time of the holder is 1 minute and 50 seconds each time, and it can be used for 6 minutes or 14 puffs each time. It needs to be charged every 20 times, and the charging time is about 135 minutes.
